Dr. Kay Collier McLaughlin is a leadership development specialist for the Episcopal Church , a consultant in transformative leadership in religious, academic, and corporate systems and motivational speaker, She is the author of five published books and invited chapters and articles in books and professional journals including Football’s Gentle Giant: the Blanton Collier Story, the biography of her father , Coach Blanton Collier. A founding member of the Blanton Collier Sportsmanship Group, and co- author of the unpublished Longitudinal Study of the Impact of Coaching Behaviors on the 1961 University of Kentucky Wildcats, she was raised in a football world and is proud to be a part of the mission of the KY Pro Football Hall of Fame in emphasizing ” the good side of football.”
