Founded in 2003 by members of the Kentucky Chapter of the NFL Players Association, the Kentucky Pro Football Hall of Fame began to unite local NFL alumni and raise funds for children’s charities across the Commonwealth. What started as a charitable effort soon grew into a broader vision by recognizing the remarkable football talent with Kentucky connections.

In a state celebrated for its basketball heritage, the Kentucky Pro Football Hall of Fame honors the players, coaches, officials, executives, and media figures who have left their mark on the National Football League. Today, the Kentucky Pro Football Hall of Fame proudly stands as the nation’s only state-level professional football hall of fame – second only to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.
